I hope people don't misunderstand it. On working hours, we're trying a 5 day week, 9-5am, 1 hour lunch, music in the office, team meetings in nice coffee shops. Yet they hardly can they work with high productivity. I think that restricting work discipline and implementing 5 day work policy will improve productivity drastically. Moreover, everyone will have more time to spend with family and friends. Fact: Bunch of people come to office at 9am while 7:30am is start of working day. Many manage to feed themselves at office at 10am only. Lunch and coffee break may last 2-3 hrs. So almost a half of an usual working day is gone!
