On working hours, we&#039;re trying a 5 day week, 9-5am, 1 hour lunch, music in the office, team meetings in nice coffee shops. In return, we just want some passion and fun from the team. I hope it works :)</description>

		<description>I hate the fact that most of Vietnamese spend 6 days and work. Yet they hardly can they work with high productivity. I think that restricting work discipline and implementing 5 day work policy will improve productivity drastically. Moreover, everyone will have more time to spend with family and friends.

Fact: Bunch of people come to office at 9am while 7:30am is start of working day. Many manage to feed themselves at office at 10am only. Lunch and coffee break may last 2-3 hrs. So almost a half of an usual working day is gone!</description>
